Bike Register / Marking Event : Sun 04 Jan 12:00

Dear Botley and Boorley Park/Green Resident,  

Did you or any members of your family obtain a new bicycle for Christmas? 

Would you like to get your bikes registered for free with the Bike Register Scheme? 

Did you know, if you register your bike and it is lost or stolen, and then recovered by police or local authority, you are much more likely to get it back. This can also help the police to detect crime and catch criminals. 

Your local Neighbourhood Policing Team will be at: 

Boorley Green Sports Pavilion, Wallace Avenue, Boorley Green, Botley 

on Sunday, 4th  January at 12:00 until 1:30 hours

ready and waiting to register and mark your bikes with a unique ID code for each bike. 

The specific identification code that is stuck to the frame in two places, may also make your bike less appealing to steal. 

DON'T JUST LOCK IT. MARK IT! 

Everyone is welcome and it would be great to see you there. (Under 16's are required to attend with an adult over 18 years).
